To further enhance the company’s management capabilities and broaden the scope and depth of its management practices, on July 11, Nantong Weiteng Semiconductor specially invited Mr. Shao Zhonghua, a Lean Management consultant from Anhui Digital Gravity, to conduct a six-month specialized training program aimed at improving lean management. The curriculum primarily covers internal process optimization and standardization of on-site operations.
Weiteng Semiconductor Technology Conducts a Special Training Session on Lean Management
To further enhance the company’s management capabilities and broaden the scope and depth of its management practices, on July 11, Nantong Weiteng Semiconductor specially invited Mr. Shao Zhonghua, a Lean Management consultant from Anhui Digital Gravity, to conduct a six-month specialized training program aimed at improving lean management. The curriculum primarily covers internal process optimization and standardization of on-site operations.
At the training session, Teacher Shao presented an overview of the lean management improvement project. Drawing on the company’s current situation, he addressed process optimization, foundational strengthening, and lean management, offering insights and practical guidance to help the company achieve greater process‑driven operations and standardized practices.
To ensure the smooth implementation of the pilot project aimed at enhancing on-site management, and to fully leverage each individual’s initiative, the meeting also established specific assessment and management procedures along with clear evaluation criteria, thereby motivating employees, strengthening team spirit, and fostering greater cohesion within the organization. Following the meeting, led by Instructor Shao, the production, equipment, and other departments began by addressing the most pressing issues requiring improvement, initiating 6S management training and guidance.
In the on-site 6S management system, items in the quality inspection workshop are arranged and stored according to established guidelines, with appropriate labeling applied. This organized approach has significantly expanded the available workspace, enabling operators to quickly and efficiently retrieve the tools and materials they need during their tasks.
Zhu Kaihua, General Manager of Weiteng, delivered a concluding address for this training session. He expressed great anticipation for the upcoming sessions led by Instructor Shao Zhonghua, and urged all participants to study diligently, reflect critically, and apply what they have learned to their work, thereby enhancing efficiency and performance. He hopes that through this professional development initiative, the company’s management will truly reach a new level, and he encouraged everyone to break down silos, embrace innovation, pool collective wisdom, and contribute to the company’s continued growth.
