To further strengthen team cohesion and boost morale, on September 30, Nantong Weiteng Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. organized a team-building and outdoor‑activities event themed “Ride the Winds and Waves, Create Brilliance Together.”

LET'S GO Gather & Go
On an early autumn morning, the cool weather did little to dampen Weiteng employees’ enthusiasm for training. Everyone gathered at the office early and set off for the Jindao Ecological Park’s team‑building base, brimming with energy as they prepared to take on the challenges ahead. Upon arrival, a brief yet engaging icebreaker activity kicked things off, dividing participants into four teams and officially launching the team‑building event.

WE'RE A TEAM When we come together, we’re a blazing fire.
One team, one heart, one mission—work together and we will surely succeed. Games like “Supersonic,” “Tangram,” “Fruit Maze,” and “Land Curling” blend fun with challenge, serving as a rigorous test of team cohesion and collaborative skills. When united, we are a blazing fire; when apart, we shine like stars across the sky. Throughout the activities, team members shared a common goal, built mutual trust, and collaborated effectively, harnessing the collective wisdom of the group to successfully complete each challenge. This not only showcased the power of teamwork but also deepened everyone’s sense of unity and belonging.
In addition to a wide variety of games, this event also features a hearty lunch—everyone gathers for a self‑serve barbecue, sharing laughter and savoring the delicious dishes they’ve prepared themselves.
In the afternoon, after a day of competition, the winning team, relying on their collective effort, claimed a beautifully crafted prize.
General Manager Zhu Kaihua presented awards to the winning team, commended the successful organization of this event, and encouraged all employees to maintain this spirit of striving for excellence in their future work, stand united, and achieve even greater success together!

Bathed in the glow of the setting sun, this team-building event came to a successful close, and everyone headed home, still eager for more.
Each collaboration is a step toward a brighter start, and every pause is an opportunity to gather strength. Though the one‑day team‑building event was brief, its impact was profound, leaving participants enriched with joy, inspiration, and personal growth. The team’s cohesion has been further strengthened. Moving forward, the Weiteng family will approach our work with even greater enthusiasm—collaborating wholeheartedly, uniting as one, and staying focused—living up to every expectation, embracing every challenge, and forging ahead together to turn our shared dreams into reality!
