Starting June 19, Nantong Weiteng has introduced an innovative morning‑meeting format, using the 15 minutes before work begins to assign the day’s production tasks and listen to employees’ feedback. The meetings are chaired by Miao Weiqin, the company’s deputy general manager in charge of production, and are attended by frontline staff from the machining, etching, soft‑tooling, and hard‑tooling workshops.

Every morning at Weiteng, employees from all workshops line up neatly and in high spirits, ready to attend the daily morning meeting on time, kicking off their workday with enthusiasm. These meetings provide a platform for communication and collaboration across production units, enabling every employee to stay informed about company updates and clarify their objectives.
