Leaders’ Inspection | Leaders of Nantong City Visit Weiteng Semiconductor and Other Sites for Research

On August 28, 2025, Tang Jun, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Nantong Municipal Committee, Secretary of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Director of the Municipal Supervisory Commission, led a delegation to Nantong Weiteng Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct an inspection and research visit, gaining in-depth insights into the company’s efforts in developing high-tech industries, attracting and cultivating high-caliber talent, and improving the business environment.
On August 28, 2025, Tang Jun, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Nantong Municipal Committee, Secretary of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Director of the Municipal Supervisory Commission, led a delegation to Nantong Weiteng Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. for a fact-finding visit, during which they gained an in-depth understanding of the company’s performance in areas such as the development of high-tech industries, the attraction and cultivation of high-caliber talent, and the improvement of the business environment. Accompanying the delegation were Wang Minghao, Secretary of the CPC Rugao Municipal Committee and Mayor of Rugao; Sang Jianmei, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Nantong Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Deputy Director of the Municipal Supervisory Commission; Xu Xia, Member of the Municipal Supervisory Commission; and Qin Jinchun, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Rugao Municipal Committee, Secretary of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Director of the Municipal Supervisory Commission. Zhu Kaihua, Chairman of Weiteng Semiconductor, extended a warm welcome and delivered a detailed briefing. Secretary Tang Jun expressed keen interest in the current status and future trends of the high-tech industry, and asked in detail about the opportunities and challenges facing Weiteng Semiconductor in technological innovation, product R&D, and market expansion. He encouraged the company to continue leveraging its technological strengths, intensify R&D efforts, achieve breakthroughs in critical core technologies, continuously enhance its competitiveness in the international market, and make greater contributions to the development of China’s semiconductor industry.
Regarding the recruitment and development of high-caliber talent, Chairman Zhu Kaihua stated that the company places great emphasis on building a strong talent pool throughout its growth, leveraging partnerships with universities and research institutions to attract and retain outstanding professionals.
